Horizontal form fill seal machine working principle:

This horizontal wrapping process starts with a cylindrical roll of film, the flow wrapping machine transfer the film from the roll and through to collar(sometimes we call it tube or plow), at the same time, the conveyor belt has lined up individual products ready fro wrapping, the film is fed through the collar and the products is surrounded with film, then sealed and cut. The finished products will be then gathered downstream to be bagged or cartoned prior to boxing and palletizing.
